GASDYNAMIC is the Design-and-Engineering Bureau for Power generateion machinery. It is founded for the purpose of foreign make gas turbine engines overhauls and parts manufacturing processes research and bring the named processes into accordance with local industry standards.
Our Bureau experts are providing the supervisory services for the gas turbine engine overhaul activities for the gas turbine engine operators as in role of customer representatives, including the cases of being the members of emergency inspections teams, as well as technical support providers for the overhauling companies.
Gas turbine engines parts and assemblies micrometric measurements

Prior to the gas turbine engine overhaul, the technical terms for overhaul is created, with the indication of all parts and assemblies micrometric measurements recorded, which is needed for further calculations of gaps, tolerances and etc.

Such a records (of actual measurements) are filled in into dedicated protocol forms and are compared to the requirements of factory manuals specifications.

In case of mismatching of any measured dimentions, the technologists and designers of the Bureau are proposing the correction activities for the defects found, such an activities based on OEM factory requirements, standards and manuals.
