The Generating companies, which are operating power generation equipment of foreign make, faced the problems, related to servicing and maintenance of gas turbines.
Natural and reasonable process of imports substitution leads to the needs of new manufacturing processes study and learning of foreign industry technologies, materials research and etc. It needs to establish new or adapt existing environment of production premises.
This requires not only financial investments but also investments of certain time.

Being based on the gas turbines overhauling experience, we considered the study of manufacturing and technology processes of Siemens and GE vendors, and also refurbishing and maintenance technologies, to be our first priority task. This strategy allows to, at first, the most detected defects of parts to be repaired, but also to find the local substitution raw materials which are not worse than original foreign ones in terms of strength and other mechanical properties.
